Poppy and Ivern at least aren't weak at all. People don't play Ivern because they don't know how to, but he's actually pretty strong.
Kazekiba1 votesThey gutted his E over and over and then hit his Q and passive while keeping his ult pretty stupid unless you chain CC someone and he built 5000 ap. So no, Ivern is really weak. Theres a reason people dropped him even in Diamond I, where Aurelion Sol mains are somewhat more common.
