Can we PLEASE replace blind pick with draft in normals, or at least let us change our summoners?

I just want to be able to take exhaust and barrier against assassins as a mage... So I can survive early game and build something like RoA instead of rushing Zhonya's first item.

This is kind of where most of the pain assassins give comes from: You have to survive laning with them by doing everything you can to counter them, but the game doesn't let you do that unless you're in ranked.
