300 is really a stupid number...

I mean its literally RIOT saying "Yeah... we dont want him to run item 3302 , so he will be ranged...." Support Mains: "Well... at least that means we can harass with him and use item 3303 ..." RIOT: "Lol, in your dreams!"

I mean, what the hell is a 300 Attack range supposed to do? You can barely harass melee supports without them just hitting you back...

He can still use Relic the same way Thresh does.

Difference is that Thresh gets a bonus to his autohit damage, Rakan does not.

All that means is that you need to actually last hit. Its still very feasible.
