Worst as in bad? TwistedFate

Worst as in least counter-play? Poppy

However, I will agree that there are some ways these champions can be viable in their sense. I'm just saying, for most situations, this is the case.

Rammus and Poppy, in my eyes, have extremely dated kits that are completely obsolete in the current season. both need a complete overhaul in their kits.

Aatrox. He doesn't do enough to make anything worthwhile. Unless your ADC is on point and can follow up with your suicidal engaged to mop up because everyone tends to blow like 6 ults on the ulting Aatrox, then he's worthless.

Teemo literally all he is really good is in the lane phase and thats it. Sure he can make global pressure with his shrooms but really pink wards and oracles fix this problem very easilly. There was a lot of talk on the boards about reworking Teemo into a jungler when the new skin came out because really what does a Teemo provide to the team that Rumble and Kennen do better. His teamfighting is pretty much crap all he can do is just use his blind on people and hopefully can stay alive since he's a marksman but has one of the shortest ranges ever. Another thing is he is listed as a marksman but he performs best when played as a mage. Really Teemo just needs a rework all together.
