I would make it trigger each time the minion has the last hit.

Minions and Monsters actually do flash a mastery 7 emote if they execute you. (It's just for the April fools event though)

Well super minions are actually normal minions but with a PHD, I mean the dude just finish with an insane score on his exams and comes out first, why do you think they hurt? Normal Cs are just cs with a basic degree. I think it's fair to give them something. Also when will riot buff zoe :/

Well obviously they didn't actually give the minion the property. The Mastery emote is floating in the air while being manually guided as it is not properly centered and moves awkwardly with the minion.
Why all my games are laggy? Before wasn't like that ,i wasn't have lag at all now i have,why?
