the best options to counter garen in top lane

Kaokentake··1 votes·1,473 views

i feel cho top is probably the best / strongest option against garen right now that also equals his power lategame

raptor cloak into rod of ages into zzrot, cooldown boots, zonyas, warmogs, visage/deadmans

garen really cant touch you all game. stack up your stacks to 6 ASAP the moment you get 6 then you just easily outtrade outpush outsustain garen. once second item zzrot is done you slowly take his towers / can siege with team with zzrot siege

any other people got options vs garen?

i went as garen vs lissandra and lulu and ryze and they felt strong vs garen too

You already named the ones I was going to suggest. Garen has many soft counters like Teemo, but as for hard counters Lissandra, Lulu, and Ryze are pretty high on the list. Rumble, Fiora, and Yasuo can all be pretty safe counters as well.
