LOL, tanks....tanks are brokem. I believe ALL abilities should scale off something.., maybe standard tank's abilities should scale off health or...not scale. THeir abilities should offer nothing more than a tickle and crowd control.

I believe support veigar might actually be viable, due to the reworked stacking AP.

I usually disagree with these kind of posts, but after playing Veigar on PBE, this is a serious possibility. Veigar would have to be at a disadvantage towards the people who are on top to not be OP right now from my beliefs. Hopefully he won't be picked much though.
