Whats the point of a champion with slow movement speed...
...such as 
when one of her early items
completely negates it?
I mean, if you are going to make items fill in the weakness of some champions so perfectly, you are effectively saying fuck you to other champions who have weakness but don't have a perfect item that gives them what they need plus filling that void.
Like I always have said, they items favor some champs over others...severely.
