How to play\what to pick against Janna?

Hello there. Serious question here.

I am a Janna main (not long time but still) and I am desperate at finding counters to my own favorite\personal freelo champion. In fact, Janna carried me more than 1 tier already. Any lane I'm facing seems at least bearable and most of the time just stupidly easy. Any support I face can't do anything significant to me and my adc. I can even counter 3-4 man ganks most of the time. Late game depends on a relative skill but when I cancel an entire engage from the enemy team it feels like cheating. I am on a verge of starting to call her op. Yes, I know she gets nerfed a bit on the PBE, but her main strength remain relatively untouched.

So, the question is in title - how do you counter her? My second support champ is Leona but it generally doesn't work due to being a natural counter.

Edit: Nami is probably a good choice. I am yet to lose to a Sona (can shield most of her Q poke and stay behind to not be double Q'd with my adc) and I've found a working strategy vs Blitz, so he no longer counters me as well. I've faced one Nami recently and just could react to all her poke with a shield (not anticipating but an actual reaction). Probably she was just not good (I am in gold anyway)

Sona destroys Janna Nami is pretty ok against her A good blitzcrank will also destroy her. He will force you to ult to save yourself after his pull rather than the adc or for a disengage.

Assuming you are of equal skill nami, sona, and blitz should all win vs a janna. Laning phase at least.

I main Nami and find Janna pretty easy to lane against. If she doesn't reactively shield my Ebb & Flow, I'll always win any trades. If she does it early then I just go poke whichever one she didn't use it on. The only problem is whether you stand in her tornado or not.

It's pretty hard to hard engage on Janna and secure a kill, but she definitely lacks healthy sustain. All the heal supports can give you problems if they can dodge your tornadoes and poke you. Therefore, (Like noted above). Nami and Sona are your biggest culprits. Especially Nami since she has CC in her kit that allows her to excel in short trades.

Janna's main strength is preventing all-ins and putting your enemy at a disadvantage afterwards. Her weakness is getting poked down. She's especially safe though, and a defensive playstyle can definitely keep you in the game even if your losing lane.

I enjoy playing Nami against Janna. It's easier to bait her into using her shield. Nami is great at poking with her W and whenever I walk up, Janna's will tend to shield their ADC in anticipation of a poke that may never come. Further, if I target the enemy first, it's possible to get the wave to bounce and hit the unshielded/second enemy as well.

In trades it comes more to who dodges which support's skillshot. If Nami's lane can dodge Janna's Q, they have the advantage. Nami's W can heal and if Nami lands a bubble that can negate the effects of Janna's shield. However, if Janna lands her knock up one one or both of the Nami laners, than the advantage is on the Janna's side.

Janna is terrible against lanes that have low cooldown poke due to her shield having about an 8 second cooldown early game.

Karma, Lulu, and Sona will destroy her. Janna counters hard engage lanes, but gets demolished by spamable poke supports.
