Can first win of the day just be free ip for logging in of the day? so i can try new things?

i dont really feel like playing league because riots balance team is on crack lately but i still want ip in case new champs come out or to try new runes on new champs without having to either play 3-4 miserable games with afkers and bots and trolls and noobs and cheese comps before i finally squeeze out a fwotd or one of the most boring bot games in history

also what is best champ for just steamrolling bots in like under 10min

Jinx. Twisted Treeline beginner. best if you can get your teammates to go all bot with you, but 2 bot is fine.
