Hell, pre pre rework eve was intentionally gutted to be unplayable to the point where people reported you for even playing her, and a few months later turns out she was still broken. Pre rework raka was also considered useless, turns out she was top tier sleeper and proceeded to get numerous nerfs pretty much a year straight then reworked.

Anyhow, elo shaming is bad and is offensive to others. The mods also don't like it either on here. There are a lot of lower elo players that DO understand the game. Not all but some, and it's disrespectful to attack them verbally.

I don't see any shaming going on. He didn't call him bad or anything. He simply said he has a 33% winrate in Silver and that means he should be lower than he is but due to the current system he still holds Silver.
It's just facts and evidence.
