I main nocturne, and i'm still very confused on his W, and what it blocks. Because it does not block many abilities, and its confusing me since its description implies it does. I was assuming similar to Sivir.

It blocks the same things that Sivir's Spellshield and Banshee's Veil blocks.
Okay, so then its without a doubt bugged.

It can block the same skills shivir's shield or banshee can but it blocks only one skill and lasts almost nothing so it's hard to time but it block prettymuch everything is considered a skill the game.
