Rage Board
I think we should add a section called "RAGE" where people can get there bitchiness out about champs, experience etc. And allow the boards to get cleaned up more.
VOTE FOR ME! RAGE BOARD!

That actually doesn't sound too bad, it will keep all the bitching out of every other board and Riot can look at the Rage board to see if they need to nerf champs or items or something.
