Where's the mute button?

It's not where it used to be and I'm really irritated. I hate not being able to mute people.

Idk exactly because I pretty much never use it (I probably should lol) but I think its right next to the players items when you press tab, or at least somewhere around there.
It's still in the tab menu, just look for the little speaker symbol.
After this last patch the mute buttom became just a tiny black square. It looks like it is some graphical glitch, but you can still mute people by pressing that black square.
