Buff Fiddlesticks Jungle...

Can you up fiddlesticks a bit ? I have more than 1500 games with him, I used to be diamond with him, but now its almost impossible to climb, even if you play way better than ur opponents. He is almost impossible to play as jungle atm, trying to find a good build for him is like trying to solve an impossible equation, either you lack CDR and never have your ult in time for fights especially in late game, or you lack damage, or you lack tankiness (and I tried every rune sets/masteries)... It's actually pretty hard to win a game even if you're 10/0 and land 5 man ults every teamfights, the damage output seems correct in theory, but is low in practice, especially in TFs... Also, golds seems just useless on Fiddle, you buy stuff but your champion is not even stronger... which is pretty strange for an ap carry jungler. The mpen removal probably completely deleted him as a jungler...
