Unless you've got some quick reactions, Garen is going to silence you constantly. URF's cooldown on his Q is 1.6 seconds, silence lasts for 1.5 seconds. Can you cast an ability in 0.1 seconds? Apparently this Talon can't and gets rekt.

interesting idea, but you might aswell play a mage with hard cc and permanently lock someone down from a distance. id love to play garen in urf, but he wouldnt stand a chance. you can play around a kog being able to throw down a void ooze once, but not spamming it.
i also think its bullshit that the windup time of his passive is still at 9 seconds in urf. if the cooldown of his passive was reduced by 80% aswell, he might be fun.

Saianna2 votesyou were kinda lucky to face champion with weak [flash only] escape.. If you were to face Zed or other mobility champs you'd feed miserably.
Also have in mind everyone in this mod have passive tenacity, so your silence time is reduced and if you count animation then targets have abot 0,3s to cast abilities
