The problem is her Q bonus damage is added to the base for crit damage multiplication. That should just be a set amount of extra damage, not multiplied by 250%

Vayne is a ranged ADC so it's balanced

Yes it is balanced considering every other champion in the ADC role that fed would do the same thing to the enemy team. The only difference is how they do it.
The title of the video is "insanely fed vayne penta" She's nearly full build at 27 minutes with 23 kills and 260 cs. If any champ gets that fed you deserve to get fucked up.

- vayne had TWENTY SEVEN KILLS
- probably was support
- she could have stacked defensive stats such as protobelt, roa or zhonya
- she can 100-0 an adc at lv6 with a support build, imagine what she can do with a lane build
- i've been doing that shit on vayne since season 4, nobody saw anything wrong
- she has such a shitty lane phase that she's almost forced to pick warlords over fervor unless you trust your support and/or has a favourable matchup (2-3 adcs)

I think thats because vayne was 23/2 also since she is on the strong side right she will likely be nerfed, things tend to be strong in preseason and become balanced by the time the seasno starts back up thats why there is a 2 month window for changes
I could do the same thing with a lot of champions if I'm 23/2
1: enemy team was clearly behind while they had baron and pushing all lanes 2. They focused soraka letting vayne get almost 6 autos down and didn't cc her (it looked like Annie tried but she should've gotten closer). 3. Their whole teamcomp didn't have a dedicated tank and no one built armor, whole team was filled with squish ap and 2 adcs so no guaranteed peel or engage.
Don't blame Vayne for doing Vayne things, essentially a low health 
could've done more with less time.
Oh cmon now. I despise vayne but look at her score for that time in the game. This is to be expected at this point, you're just grasping for straws now.

I have seen vayne with Shiv or IE (not both unfortunately) and.. it wasn't all that OP.

Vayne is a stupid champ and always has been. Late game you press R to become god mode and then pretend it's outplay.
I always find it funny that peoples argument to this is "well duh she has 20 kills anyone with 20 kills could do that" yet they always fail to understand that she is not getting those kills because she has 20 kills... she got 20 kills because she can 1 shot kill people. She can do that with only 3 items, she doesn't need 200 kills, the 200 kills are the effect of her build + kit not the other way around like everyone is implying.
Yes they do think its balanced. but only they do
mobility, check. Stun, check. good range, Check. Can go invisible so can not target, Check. Can do good dmg, Check. Can do true dmg and counter tanks, check. Is godlike, check. Nope do not see anything wrong here.
