And he probably needs something hit like his E CD or maybe a minor damage hit on his Q. This is a recent rise since the Fervor and Bork changes, so it will take them some time to figure out what's best. Ahri has had a high win and pick rate since early season 5 when they did that failed rework - that's much different.
