Make the remake function have some leeway for when it can be done!

I recently had a game where the jungle connected for not even 10 seconds before they quit/disconnected/etc, would league let my team remake the game due to the resulting 4v5? absolutely not! so my team spent 20 minutes waiting for the ability to surrender a game that should have been allowed to be remade. this is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with otherwise whats the point of having a system in place for dealing with THIS EXACT PROBLEM, i have won 4v5 games before so I'm not complaining about the fact that i lost due to a 4v5 I'm complaining because there is supposed to be a system in place to make as many games as possible end in a 5v5 format. not whatever vs 5 because the system only counts people who never connected at all in its parameters.

my suggestion is the 5 minute period at the beginning of the game before you remake should BE the leeway period, and before you start saying "oh but then people would abuse the system" they could nip that issue in the bud right off the bat with a system that tracks who the REASON for the remake was. if someone repeatedly quits a game forcing a remake than that person can be punished for it, the MATCH HISTORY already tracks the vast majority of the relevant information required to track down and punish the majority of cases where people could abuse the remake system.
