as the title implies; you should not be able to ban out a champion that a team mate has hovered. period. ive had it happen in my games several times now and im really tired of it.

Don't you mean claimed? Beyond that, i do agree to a point... It should need an "Are you sure?" option, and carry extra penalties if reported.

You should not be able to hover a champion to prevent a teammate from banning a "pick or ban" champion.

It goes both ways.
