A Comparison of Global and Semi-Global Ultimate's Cooldowns
Global and Semi-Global Ultimate's I've excluded from this comparison for one of the three following reasons.
- Can only be used globally in specific or unlikely situations involving
or someone else's global or semi-global Ultimate 
etc. 
- I have decided to not include the global or semi-global ultimates of Marksmen (ADC's) in this comparison

Two of these are not like the others
80/65/50 The cooldown on Lux's ultimate is ridiculously short, not just for a semi-global ultimate, but ridiculously short for an ultimate in general. Most champions can't get a cooldown of 50 on their rank 3 ultimate with max CDR or can barely get it, but Lux has it that low with no cdr at all, and can get actually get it as low as 27.5 seconds. The base cooldown on her rank 1 ultimate is as short as a lot of champions base on their rank 3 ultimate. Why does Lux who already has an extremely oppressive laning phase also have a non-existent CD on her ultimate.
Her E is already impossible to dodge, I mean really not only does it have 1100 range but look at the fucking size of it compared to a Gragas Q
120,,,,,,,,Riot please, this nerf was too much.
TL;DR Lux needs nerfs and not just to her ultimate cooldown, also Zigg's could use some buffs.
