I mean its been a while now since its been pretty obvious Graves and Kindred are busted junglers.. Their nerfs did absolutely nothin

How is graves allowed to go 0-12-18 Strength of the ages With phantom dancer + Deaths dance = A juggernaut..?

I dont even wanna talk about kindred. IMO i really suggest riot consider deleting the champ entirely or reworking her ult / damage..

Ryze? I hope the rework balances him. He is in no way fair to lane against. Tear = power spike to ryze and anivia. That should not be a situation it should be finished for the power spike...

Kindred's nerfs took their win-rate down by 4% (from 55% to 51%).

If that is what you consider nothing, I really wonder how badly they'd have to gut a champion for you to notice.

You let her farm champs and minions you deserve every lost. Because her marks are on the map for everyone to see.

You need to be slapped because just a small bit of MR from idk maybe a Spirit Visage or a Banshie would stop Ryze right there.

and I'm sure if Faker were to make a video right now saying Teemo should be banned right now here is a broken build people would come to the forums and live and breath that his word is law. Just like how people say Ekko is broken af and Zed is broken af. I've seen games where people would pick a top ban simply because they are broken and end up going 2/10 with them because they have zero clue how to play the champ. I cant even remember the last time I've SEEN a Ryze in a rank game. Even still, people build glass cannons and wonder why they get nuked?

Go look up any match right now someone fighting against a Ryze I can promise you I'm willing to bet 90% of them refuse to add ANY Mr.

My argue for ryze is that his combo has no counterplay whatsoever. You get rooted that half healthed and the distance is safe for Ryze. If you choose to approach him to punish him he repeats the same process / you're 50% and hes 100% All while he has a tear.

The OP's personal situation isn't really relevant to the discussion. Ryze is a common ban that's returned to pro play in force and you have offered "People have forgotten how to play against him" as an explanation for that. That's pretty obviously a terrible explanation, as I'm sure you are capable of working out.

It is possible for champions to be(come) too strong. It happens a lot more often than spontaneous counterplay-related amnesia among the playerbase.

Have you even looked at Ryze ban rate and win rate? If he was that damn strong, he would of been up there by now.

I mean if you just want to go off that then I'd love an explanation on why you were defending Kindred's balance state because the win rate and ban rate tell exactly the story the OP wants them to tell in that case.

Ryze's win rate and ban rate being poor/non-extreme respectively can be easily explained by factors such as his obscene learning curve and newfound FOTM status so I'm not going to get into that in depth, but I think a 32% ban rate is pretty good justification for a discussion about the state of a champion.

If he has such a HIGH learning curve as YOU say, then what is the issue with him having HIGH damage? As stated before because once again I'm having to explain this in a way you would tell a child. Just because a champion is STRONG doesn't make it BROKEN.

To word it better, I would rather fight against a Ryze than a Zed. Just like I would rather fight against a Jungle Eve then I would a jungle Shaco. On a threat level on Ryze, he has plenty of counter play against him.

By that logic we can say Nunu has the strong Ultimate in game if you built him Pure AP and it's fully cooked. However since Nunu is still acceptable to CC it's not much of a threat now is it?

Because having a high skill ceiling does not justify having abnormally high damage. The argument of skill is a poor one, because at high levels of play, we assume the champion has been mastered. It must then, for an argument to even exist, that we do not consider skill at all.

My argument is I can name a hell bunch more champions that does what Ryze would do better. He literally making Ryze sound like the AP version of Zed. I'm mentally picture him only trying to 1v1 a Ryze with and not doing it right. I'm also seeing him not playing with zero team play as well. Ryze is STRONG but NOT Broken.
