I'm not sure what you were trying to implement the removal of stealth wards...

it was to soften snowballing because one of the biggest factors when snowballing was the excess gold to buy tons of wards to make it impossible for the enemy to come back into the game.

I find it disturbing...now I am CONSTANTLY ganked in every lane and I hate the 2 minute CD for the , and I can only place 1 . 3:

Yeah, I echo others statements. Wards were TOO prolific in pro games (and other high elo games, methinks).

Nobody wards at low level, but that doesn't mean wards weren't too plentiful in the game. Just means people were stupid.
