Do Challenging and Chilling Smite Prioritize Epic Monsters Over Champions?

3TWarrior1 votesactually, all smites can be used on minions, pets and monsters. If a champion has a monster overlapping their hit box, it is unfortunate because you either have to wait for the champion to move, or hit the monster because you hit the monster

Ergo, "If a champion is standing over Dragon, will the Smite hit the Champ or Drag?"
You still answered, but the word "priority" has its own definition.
3TWarrior1 votesthe same problem occurs under turrets except that it is with everything else except point and clicks/skill shots (auto attacks will hit the turret )
