@Riot @Boards I Might Have Some Solutions For Veigar

What if Veigar was the ultimate counter to mobility? While these are my ideas, I don't really care if you change things up a bit in fact, I encourage it. Keep in mind that I'm bronze 3, so I am a bit of a noob but I thoroughly enjoy theory crafting and discussion.

Slightly unrelated but, what if remove the warning particles and replace it with an exclamation point over the enemy champions head when they are inside of the range of where the cage will appear. This gives his E way more mind game potential and makes Veigar much less predictable. You could use the cage around the victim and then trick them by putting it on top of them if they choose to stand still.

These changes might need to result in a nerf to his other abilities to compensate. What if enemies have the range of dashes/blinks reduced while inside of Veigar's E. This not only fit's in with the theme of it being an event horizon but it also makes it easier for Veigar to deal with some of his biggest counters .

Another idea, if an enemy dashes or Blinks through Event Horizon while it's active they are dragged back (or blink back to) into the center of Event Horizon (maybe stunning them for half the duration). This Idea actually seems sort of unfair, but it's up there just incase someone wants to add something or make it more interesting.

I'd like to see his abilities be changed when used within the range of Veigar event horizon while it's active making then easier to hit. Maybe his Q bouncing off the edges of the walls and ignoring minion collision, make it larger or faster, make it targeted or you could give it CC. You could decrease the landing time of his W, give it a larger radius, or give it a second slightly larger radius that it sort of locks on to enemy champions in the area if they stay in it before it falls or if it doesn't hit an enemy champion it has a small delay before making an explosion in the slightly larger radius.

There should be a visual indicator that appears when you kill 2 minions with Q. I can live without it but I just think it'd be cool.

I'm just trying to make something happen here and I just wanna make sure it's the right thing so please share your ideas and your thoughts. I don't think Veigar is unviable by any means, but I feel like he does need to be a bit better.
