Ahri needs a powershift
For a mage, she has too much mobility. I like to see her power shifted from her ult and and movement boost into her damage/range.

IMO Ahri should be an assassin and her power shift should move from defensive mobility into offensive mobility. Like make her lose a stack of her ult if she doesn't deal damage with it.

If she is a deemed a mage and that is the direction they would like to take her then I agree with what you would like to do.
