Resolve Tree buffs Shen, Shen gets nerfed and is useless now

i recently found out that Shen Jungle or Shen Support are great ways to play him, but as Support his Q never dealt that much damage only as Jungler.

The Nerf was reasoned with "cause he builds Attack Damage Items" .. Guys he's a Tank not a Assasin so why do you nerf him by this much? He only has his Q and E to deal damage and now his Q deals 10 damage less on every level? But meanwhile you didnt Nerf the op Q Toplaner Nasus or the Q-hit wonder Draven or Q-hit wonder Vayne..

When you finally discover a good Counter to Nasus, he gets instantly nerfed so now what? Whats the Point of playing Shen when his Damage got nerfed by 66%?

Before https://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/-519680 Pretty much whenever you dashed you gained enough Lethality and Magic Penetration to wreck Nasus apart as he couldn't outrun you cause as soon as you smited him you gained Slow resist, then taunt him again get another 5sec of penetration and use Grasp of the Undying, Q+Ravenous Hunter to deal Damage and steal health every 4sec (magic damage), second wind helps you stay alive as he tries to run.

We had this Nasus who made Riven rage quit @ lv 2 and then we started farming him and made him rage quit. later on i could tank 3 towers at the same time for almost a full minute without falling to critical health
