Wanted to create a new Rune Page on my new acc and then i saw this: https://imgur.com/a/fWAUv

lv 8: Access to the "Runes" Tab lv 11: Can create a new Rune Page lv 13: Access to Runes in first Tier lv 15: Access to last Runes in second Tier lv 17: Access to the last Rune Path

i seriously hope this company doesnt make any money this season and has to go out of business

to be fair, in the old system, you weren't able to fully utilize your runepage until level 30, same with mastery points. level 17 for full access is actually a lot earlier

You still get a full set of runes to go into a game with, I don't see why you're mad.

Level 17 is not very far into the game and it doesn't take long to get to level 30.
