Has Anivia always been able to do this?

If you displace the enemy with your ice wall, it gives you enough time to guarantee your stun because the other person gets stuck in the displacement while the ice ball is traveling to them.

Serious question btw because I've played for 6+ years and never knew you could do this. Has this always been possible, or is this a result of displacements being buffed a while back?
