PSA: The difference between breaking the meta and a dumb pick
I don;t know about anyone else but I have seen a huge influx of people claiming to want to "break the meta" with their choices and to be honest, I am all in favour of this, it is a positive thing for the game to have happen to it and it brings new insight into champion balance. With all that being said there is a VERY clear difference between challenging the meta and just being dumb with your champ picks. For example

Fiora. Has a institutional heal Has a CC that can only be applied when Pluto aligns with Polaris

could be considered an off-meta jungler, his clear isn't the greatest, but he does have some good early game damage with his ganks, can scale well with 
and can cancel his w animation with smite.
is a dumb pick for a jungler because she has no jungling capability.
