My experience with Solo-Q match making

So the last few solo-q games I have played I have been greeted with the unpleasant experience of being placed with people who are quite simply put much better and more experienced that me, my last 10 or so games I have been paired with 9 other averaging from B III - S III and about 500 wins a piece now this has lead to me ( lv 28 and just over 100 wins) to almost never come even remotely close to winning my lane and over all my play is much worse than everyone else there and so I really don't know what I can do, I try the best I can and always take criticism when I can get it but it never seems to end up being a fair fight and I know that this can all be traced back to me being a bad player (Everything said and done I am) but I don't under stand why I am getting placed with these people nor do I really think it makes for a fun and competitive game.
