The static free rotation, and why it needs to change

Today I would like to point out 2 glaring flaw in the champion used for the static free rotation and some alternative champions

-1. 6300 champs: As it stands there are 4 6300 champions in the rotation for new players, Jinx, Liss, Kha and Varus. Some of you may be asking why do I believe this it an issue. This is because players tend to get attached to the first champion that they enjoy and for some people this means that they are encouraged to save up a ridiculous amount of IP for a new player and in the end limit their champion pool because they saved all there IP to buy Jinx for instance which could have been spent buying one cheaper champion per each role. Given the champions listed here are some alternatives

Kha'zix > Twitch: Both are champions who make use of stealth and have assassin-esque play styles the key difference being one is an easier chamion and one that is much more accessible for new players

-Liss > Kennen: Both are technically mages but one is much cheaper and offers new players a better chance to understand the energy mechanic

-Jinx > Cait: Both are very AA reliant marksmen but Cait offers a cheaper and mechanically easier experience for new players

       -Varus > Ez: Both are caster marksmen who can build Ap or Ad and be played in numerous positions but Ez is cheaper and makes up for the numerous lack of a global ult that would be created by the removal of Jinx

-2. 450 Champs: As it stands the 450 champs in the rotation are Garen, Ashe and Ryze the reason this is an issue is because these champs are so easy tpo obtain that most new players will own a majority of them in a week, here are some alternatives

Garen > Mundo: Both are super easy hyper sustain champs and to top it off Mundo has HP costs which is a mechanic not shown in the current rotation

Ashe > MF: Both are heavy auto attackers in the late game who rely on their skills early on and MF shows of channeled ulti's

Ryze > TF: Both are immobile mages but TF's ult promotes map awareness and team play
