WEll, let's give the benefit of the doubt... but if it took Riot forever to realize that Kat was OP before her several nerfs, then i wouldn't be surprised if what the video shows is the truth ^_^

I doubt it, if the leak was real we'd see it on more credible sources like surrender@20 which has access to the game files and media to get around asking rioters for this info.

Some stranger emailing a youtuber isn't credible.

What? None of the footage shows this "reworked kit" in action. Not to mention the proof seems rather sketchy. The Q would make Kat just an AoE Akali. Regardless of all that the E was something many people drew conclusions about from the post and what they could gleen from the rework post. The W seems like something very unconventional for an Assassin to have. I think it fits her theme well but likely won't be in her kit due to her being capable of using W as a dash for engage/disengage along with having E (and possibly a reset for it) to get out.

Well, think about this: Q-E-AA-E out. Or even worse, Q-W-E-AA-E out. Both cases, with the way input buffering works, she can AA you as soon as her E takes her to you and E out as soon as the W damage is applied and there will not be anything you can do about it.

If thats what they went with kat's passive would be as useful as yasuo in urf mode.

Why would she need a reset passive if there already is a reset passive in one of her abilities for her most important ability to get resets on? The passive might as well just be moved to her R like rek'sai's attack speed passive and give her something new, since thats all that passive will ever be important on.

Unfortunately having played Kat since initial release I wouldn't put something like this or even worse past Riot's ability to implement thinking it will fix her.

Do I like what the OP has proposed might be the changes? No I don't, but I also think that its quite possible as RIOT has done far worse to her before.
