Her being arguably the best jungler in the game before the item that isn't even released yet is out might also have something to do with it.

No, she's not being "gutted" for the sake of a new item. She's losing a small amount of Burnout's free damage output late-game, more likely because of the buff to her W where it applies the damage as an on-hit effect. I honestly expected a nerf to Burnout's damage after the W buff before the Sated Devourer leak, and I am not one bit surprised.
