I just failed my series and now have to sit through a 30 minute dodge timer because this shitty new client literally wouldn't allow me to ban or lock champions TWICE.

Well that's good to know that it's a known bug, real promising to know that not only can my ranked games be ruined by terrible human beings inting and trolling their brains out, but also by something totally and completely out of my control, and what's worse is I get punished for it, my progress gets stripped away and I'm barred from playing the game for a bit because of Riot's failure.
