I got this guy to mastery 5 like FOREVER ago when he used to be a bot laner, and then dropped him once he started getting pushed out of there. I've tried picking him up again but I'm kinda lousy at playing him as a jungler, can he still do fine as an ADC or even as a top laner?
Although he's strongest in the jungle and is played there most of the time now, he's still fine top and adc as long as you know how to play him well

Bot lane no he isn't viable vs anyone who has the brain to just kite you at a range.
Top lane he is pretty decent still with Crit or Lifesteal, i don't think his Armor pen build is as good top anymore
He is fine in the top lane, you just have to be careful because he pushes so hard. He can die quickly in a gank or an all in from the enemy if your not careful.
Bot lane is more of a fun thing to do in normals. You have to just wave clear it out because your range is so short. If you do get a lead you can snowball but the same happens in reverse and probably harder.
