So I made this quick little randomizer that will pair a champion with a skin concept.

It has every champion and pretty much every skin concept I could remember, roll and see what you get! Bonus points if you describe what you think it would look like.

I got Warring Kingdoms Annie. Because the other Warring Kingdoms skins took inspiration from Dynasty Warriors, I can see Annie looking similar to Xiaoqiao . No idea what Tibbers would look like though, lol.
