How long until people realize that generally the strength of a champ is usually defined by their ban rate. He has about a 5% ban rate. Where J4 and Nidalee have way higher. I remember when Kass sat at a 90%+ ban rate for months because of just how oppressive he was and how easy it was to snowball.

Just because he has been around awhile and is extremely average except in early game doesn't make him strong. Lee has a lower win rate than both J4 and Nidalee. Just because he is common doesn't make him strong.
