Basically, just hope that the person playing the ADC on the other team is a complete moron and cant play the position and vice versa on your team. Today's ADCs are way to safe and no mage or tank can compete with how efficient auto attacking is. Add 4 champs basically being decoys or bodyguards and best of luck getting to them. So, hopefully, that enemy ADC you're facing chews on their tongue.
