Riot need to make a system that bans consistantly toxic player from Ranked play for the season.

Seriously I have lost most of my ranked game because of one person flaming my own team either tilting me or another teammate or even list my last game causing a teammate to leave game, there is no reason why a toxic player should ever be allowed to play ranked.
