Where is the Lunar Revel Mystery Box gifting option?

I've also wondered about this. I sent a friend a mystery gift thinking it was the Lunar Revel Mystery option thinking I'd get the summoner icon for sending a gift and I haven't gotten an icon or heard anything about the Lunar Revel Mystery Box option.
