New type of boots for supports and more?

Was thinking of boots that reduced item cooldown like talisman. It could even work on zhonyas and qss ect.

Boots of switfness lets you walk through units would make it worth something.

Boots that would give you +50 ms for 5seconds but then reduces your ms by %30 for 3seconds after.

Just some ideas to have diversity.
