Nerf Garen before nerfing Vayne...

Right now, Vayne is pretty one of the few champion that can kill him... By herself of course. I don't know if Riot was drunk when the reworked him or something but he's just a stupid champion. He's one of if not the only champion that can 100-0 people that don't have 2armor items in 2seconds... While going full tank... He's a lane bully that scales into a monster, he get DMP and runs at your adc with 600 movement speed. I shouldn't be forced to send 3people to peel for my mid or adc because he can run up to you and not take damage while 100-0'ing your squishys in 2seconds. Of course we will always have to peel for our adc but he forces you to send 3people while his tema demolishes you... His q early game does 1/4 of your hp and has like a 6second cooldown. And it's not like a lee sin q where you can avoid or dodge it, you can't go for a cs without being forced to pop a potion and you can't retaliate because you're silenced and if you decide to aa him, have fun getting fucked up by minions. Not to mention it's a cleanse? And changing his ult to True Damage? The thing does 1k true damage ffs. I just don't understand why riot gave him the ability to 100-0 someone with q-e-q-r while only have Dead Man's Plate. Not to mention he takes barely any skill to play at all and is a low risk high reward champion.
