Skin Trading

Do you always be getting bad mystery gifts of skins of champions that you don't even main? All of us have, a lot of times........ So here is what I think. Why not in the Store, there's this new kit called "Skin Trading"? Technically, it's a simple function of two summoners be trading a skin that they don't like. Of course, it still comes with a price. For certain priced skins (520,750, etc), trading prices are listed below:

520 Rp - 450 Rp

750 Rp - 680 Rp

1350 Rp - 1280 Rp

1820 Rp (legendary) - 1600 Rp

3250 Rp (Ultimate) - Trading Unallowed

As noted, only ultimate skins is not allowed to be trade. I don't want to hear the sound of regrets when people do so. Hope you guys support this idea.
