Mordekaislers problem and fix it now

is a champion that riot has been trying to rework him several times, balancing him is a problem because of his kit. either is too op so his banned every game or to weak to see any play of him at all. During patch 5.16 the juggernaut rework came out, was introduced as a duo laner, it proved to be instresting at first but he only became ´viable as a duo laner rather than a solo laner and doing so he had to become to op so no adc can win agsinst him in lane because of his free exp on his W and the insane damage on his Q multipled by 9X.

During the end of the pre-season and the beginning of season 6 got a hefty changed to his kit. the exp bonus granted by his W was cut in half but works now as a solo laner and his Q got nerfed. I dont like how they left mordekasier with a kit that dint serve any puprose in any lane or game exept the dragon of course, thats something i really like but pressing Ctrl and try to control the dragon feels like an half -ass job by riot. Shaco is a champion with this mechanic as well it doesnst feel good enough to truly impact the game with. as of right now im dissapointed on how much of a fiasco mordekaiser has become and doest live up to the titel as the lord of the metal.

recently some few weeks ago i read about a player who gave his tought about mordekaiser(dont really remember who leave it in the comment below) problems and riot anwered with which i find truly dissapointed because has to be the worst reworked champion they hv ever come up with.

So i want is a fullscale rework on morde,
