It would be nice to see the cooldown for this keystone, like every other keystone has. I have no idea, unless I pay close attention to when it is used, when I can use it. Seeing a cooldown for this, like with Thunderlord's Decree, would be really nice/useful.

I just played with it and I am quite sure there IS a cooldown counter, just above the ability tray, the icon shows up and everything. Either it bugged out on you or you just missed it.
