Can we please buff Ruby Sightstone?
I'm thinking that we increase the passive amount. The active cooldown reduction is just not enough to make buying ruby sightstone a priority at all. I'm thinking that we increase it to 20%-25%.

Does rubysighstone have a place in the meta anymore with the new eye stones? Even those I barely see anyone actually use. FQC is basically always more useful. Could we make the Eye Stones like an enchant to sighstone the same way they do warrior, cinderhulk and runic echo for junglers? This seems more effective than a new item path that uses up one of the more useful items for support in FotM and FQC. How about farsight range on those eye stones? Literally anything to make me actually like them? Ruby sighstone just isn't worth my consideration with the other item optimizations available to me as a support.

The problem with the eye stones is that while they could be useful in the sense that they save an itemslot, thie itemslot problem is not actually relevant until the extreme lategame, a point which the big majority of battles do not come. Even during the late game, it is very rare that supports will start to finish their builds, unlike laners. It is very rare that lack of item slots will be an issue, and during the early/mid game, the actives from the common gold generation final items are more useful.

I think the main benefit of the eyestones is that if you're building a sightstone anyway, then they're much cheaper than finishing the tier 3 active items, while still giving the same amount of gold, so you can start on something like
that much sooner.
But I don't think ruby sightstone should be buffed; it's a way for a support to get some extra stats out of the item slot but it isn't a priority to finish it and shouldn't be. If you're not going to build an eyestone you should just expect to sit on sightstone most of the game while you build other items and that should be fine.
See, I always saw it as a trade off. Do I want to lose the actives on the items that I was looking to build for the sake of an extra ward and some cdr? I can tell you this, if they gave eye stones the range of farsight wards then I would buy them every game. NO ONE I play with wards and even in my premades I have to practically yell at them to buy farsights, which they never use so I need to yell again to have them use them. I went support just because I knew I wanted/needed a stronger vision game to win than I was getting/making as adc.
The item slot thing could be used earlier as well. Some items have 3 piece builds or long builds where I can stack the smaller ones to build to larger ones. I can grab a rejuv bead and 2 red stones for health and regen, then still have boost, sightstone and my first item. Slot efficiency isn't just about late game I suppose. Sometimes, being able to get a bunch of little things to get advantages now can be useful. Loket of the Iron solari comes to mind building into the bracer and then the other side of the tree. That's 3 items right there, plus my EyeStone, Boots and a vision ward as well. It's not terribly inefficient, but it's also not ideal.
15 or 20% would be fine.
I buy Ruby whenever I support. Kind of funny to have 2 zz'rots running for 20 (?) seconds. I always just buy a bunch of Actives to get extra mileage out of it
Put it at 20% and add this
If you keep your trinket as the ward trinket it now drops pink wards instead
Bamb it's now more viable and the support will have access to pink wards late game
