So lets say I'm running a game with the new Vlad and I want to go heavy AP for some reason.
Is it better to do Rylais followed by Lyandry's... or Rylais followed by Rabadon?
What about generally?
How powerful is the burn from Lyandry's anyways? Rabadon much better or?

great for when you have good damage over time spells to keep the burn effect going.
If you want to go heavy AP with Vald then I would go with

In all seriousness though, I would go . Vlad's passive is a lot more skewed towards stacking AP than health.
Vlad's ratios are not bad, it is just that his abilities have so small windows of opportunity.
might be worth it if they have a lot of tanks, but even then I would just go for

xl Kirito lx1 votesLogic would say that Rabadon's is better, but I've been having a relative good amount of luck w/ Rylais > Liandries. It's cheaper. 4k gold is a lot of money for such a minor damage buff, esp. if you're going a low AP build.
