Require at least one normal match with a champion in order to play that champion in ranked

I am so tired of games that seem to go well, and suddenly I realize our support is 0/10/7 and 4 levels behind, and we can't win team fights. Then I look at her match history and its the first time shes played karma in ranked. FUCK off. Why do these people waltz into ranked and their like, "hmm let me play this champion I'v never played and see how it goes" They can fucking die in a ditch for all I care. So inconsiderate of their teammates. But hey, as long as they think its funny and don't care, fuck the rest of us right?
