How long did release azir take to get a decent winrate?

I am new to league (started last september) and am curious about the amount of time it takes for high skill cap champions take to get a decent winrate. I want to know this because I find it odd how azir (post nerfs) and ryze are still at a low winrate, despite it being weeks later. Thanks! ^,^

Azir's been gutter trash outside of LCS for more than 2 years now.

Azir won't get to a decent winrate anytime soon, he's been nerfed too much.

Ryze just needs more time, people who mastered him are already showing some moves.
